Recommended Items to Bring to the Assembly (see below) includes the assembly rules of organization and procedure, proposed budget for 2018 with explanation, and constitutional changes—en bloc motions, exluding the current constitution (943KB).

Use the link "Recommended Items to Bring to the Assembly" to download the short version of the Book of Reports that only includes Recommended Items to Bring to the Assembly (not including the current constitution). We will have only a limited number of current constitutions on-site, if you would like a copy, it is recommended to print one.  Since it is a long document, you may wish to only print one per congregation. The changes being made to the constitution are explained in the en bloc motions that are part of the Recommended Items to Bring to the Assembly

You may also download these pages individually below; they are marked with an asterisk (*).

Please note that Wi–Fi will be available at the assembly site, and a password will be shared on Friday morning. Outlets cannot be provided for electronic devices.

The complete Book of Reports (the above link) is a very large file (12.1MB).  You may wish to simply browse the individual links below, and only download and print Recommended Items to Bring to the Assembly.
